During every session we’ll use The Work to inquire a belief you hold but that limits you in your day to day life. It can concern relationships, work, family or any personal issues. I guide you through a deep inquiry that goes beyond thinking. You change your perspective and shift into more loving and helpful thoughts and beliefs. During this period, I mainly hold space for you and your process.
