What is personal data?
All data that tells something about you and can be used to identify you are personal data. For example, your name, your contact or address details and your BSN (for the Dutch). Some of this information such as ethnic origin, religion or a criminal record are special personal data.

We do not collect any special personal data.

Personal data of persons under 16 years of age
We do not intend to process personal data of persons under the age of 16. We cannot, however, verify whether a visitor to our websites and servers is over the age of 16. If you believe that we have collected personal data from a minor without the consent of a parent or guardian, please contact us at and we will delete this information. If any information from persons under 16 years of age is collected by us it will always be done with the consent of his/her parent or guardian.

When do we process your personal data?

To conduct a reading, schedule a Human Design (audio) reading through Calendly, discuss a Human Design chart, to make appointments with you and afterwards to send you the recording (audio/video) to you. If you purchase services from us you naturally want to be well served and receive what you requested. We store the following data for the execution of an agreement:

    The services you have purchased must of course be paid for. If you do not, we will start a collection process. In connection with billing and debt collection we store the following data of you:

Cookies and similar techniques we use
Carina Dusseldorp uses functional, analytical and tracking cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, tablet or phone. We use cookies with a purely technical functionality so that the website works as intended.

Passing on to partners
In order to provide our services, we work together with various suppliers and partners. These suppliers & partners include parties that:

  • Process our payments & collections (Moneybird, WooCommerce, Mollie, WordPress)
  • Provide our web hosting and email (Gmail and WordPress)
  • Host our online meetings (Zoom)
  • Create our Human Design charts (Genetic Matrix & Mybodygraph)
  • Host our online calendars (Calendly)
  • Our other programs used (Google Forms, Trello, WeTransfer, Typeform, Google Drive)

    With sub-processors we have process agreements and/or secrecy agreements to ensure the security of your data. We only work with partners who can comply with the GDRP legislation. Some of our partners are located outside the European Economic Area (the countries within European Union, Liechtenstein, Norway and Iceland). Your data may be processed in America and/or other countries where these companies have their cloud storage and servers and/or backups have.

    We have taken appropriate measures with these partners which are contractual via a Processing Agreement / Data Processing Addendum or via a model
    model agreement of the European Commission (click here). The stricter GDPR has often been signed by most of them already signed and working. In this way, we ensure that your data are properly protected.

    Transfer to third parties
    In principle, we do not share or sell your data with persons or organizations outside Carina Dusseldorp, except with partners as described above. However, it may be that we are obliged to pass on your data because of a legal obligation.

    The security of your data
    Carina Dusseldorp has taken appropriate technical and organizational security measures taken to protect your personal data against abuse, unlawful or unauthorized
    use and loss. All parties who process your data for us (subprocessors) or who have access to your data (e.g. employees or contractors) sign a confidentiality agreement.

    How long will your data be stored?
    We use different retention periods for different data flows. Of course you always have the right to ask us to remove your data. See also the heading “Your

    Personal data:
    Name, address details, telephone number and e-mail we remove 1 year after our last contact unless they are still relevant for the execution of an agreement or resolution of a dispute.

    E-mail older than 5 years will be deleted unless still relevant to execute a agreement or resolving a dispute.

    Invoices and quotes:
    Invoices and quotes can be deleted after the legal retention period of 7 years. Your data will remain in our billing system at least until that time.

    You can delete your data yourself from our newsletter system at any time.

    Recordings of sessions via Zoom will be deleted 1 month after the session took place.

Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent for the data processing or to object against the processing of your personal data by Carina Dusseldorp. You also have the right to data portability. You can ask for access, correction, removal, data transfer of your personal data or request to withdraw your permission or objection to the processing of your personal data to To make sure that the request for inspection was made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document along with the request. In this copy, please include your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) in black. Reporting a data breach
